Chuck's passion for operational excellence comes from personally seeing the benefits of leadership cultures stressing the importance of getting the right people in the organization, equipping them with the best tools for the job, and ensuring consistency in high performance through process discipline.

Chuck has been an entrepreneur and business leader for technical product and service companies for over 25 years, with roles in operations, sales, engineering, and executive management.  Prior to founding Elevation Leadership, Chuck served as President & CEO for Ergo Mechanical Industrial, a custom material handling equipment manufacturer.  Before EMI, Chuck served as Vice-President of Operations for CLARK Material Handling Company, where he was responsible for all company operations in North America.

Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.  He is very involved in community initiatives and has served on the External Advisory Board for Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kentucky since 2008.
